How do I book a service?

After looking over the services page and determining what best fits your needs, go to the contact page and fill out the form. Our team will be in touch within the week to book a virtual consultation. At this initial meeting we will go in depth about your project’s needs and strategize.

What format will my template be in?

Please read the product description for all details regarding file format and download instructions. Template files will be provided in either Canva file, Google Docs, .Docx format.

How do i access my template files?

Upon purchase of a template, you will receive an email with the file attached. Open the file, inside will be a link to the canva file and a troubleshooting guide. Canva is a free to use online tool where you can fully customize the template to your liking.

How do i edit my template files?

To edit your files, click the link in the attachment and open Canva. Canva is free to use and your template will come with all free assets unless stated otherwise in the description.

Do i have to attend the virtual consultation to book a service?

Yes. All custom services come with a free pre-service consultation. This will come with a client questionnaire and a 15-30 minute chat about what your needs are so we can determine what package is right for your brand.

Can I receive a refund for a template?

Due to the digital nature, refunds for all downloads are not available. Once the file is sent there is no way to retrieve it from the recipient thus waiving eligibility for a refund.

Once I book a service will i be sent confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email including a contract and invoice. Once the documents are signed and returned, you will receive a confirmation and the construction of your vision begins!
